Surface Finishes
  • Tiles: Glazed, Unglazed, Glossy, Hone, Matte, Textured, Lappato, Polished
  • Marbles: Polished, Honed
  • Granites: Polished, Flamed, Bush Hammered, Honed, Split
  • Wooden: Satin Lacquer, Matt Lacquer

Granite as very slow aging compared to all. Granite flooring will last for generations to come. It is heat resistant and stain-resistant compared to wooden flooring. Granite is used as kitchen countertops. One of the downside in granite is that you can’t flush the adjacent granite pieces and make the seamless as granite contain grain-like patterns but in marble & wooden you don’t have to worry about it until you have a proper floor installer.

Wooden is softer material amongst all. Wooden flooring before installation moisture and termite as to be made sure, if unchecked they cause serious damages. Exterior grade ( waterproof ) wooden deck floors available but overall wooden flooring has a lower life expectancy. Warm to bare feet.

Tiles are the most economical flooring, as its costs are fixed. Tiles are manufactured on a large scale and are found in any retail stores at MRP. Whereas on wooden flooring, granite, and marbles, there are no specific price tags. It’s because they are natural stones and its price depends on its designs, colors, patterns, uniqueness, etc.
Tiles can go out of style (depending on choice) what is in today trend may not be 10 years from now. A tile might break/crack if any heavy object is dropped.
